Cottage 1 is the ‘main house’ located at the front of the block. It is a gorgeous two bedroom home, with a large living and dining area, kitchen and breakfast bar, plus a family bathroom, laundry and a seperate toilet. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, a set of single bunks and a trundle bed (sleeps 5). Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a single trundle bed (sleeps 3).

There is a large split system air conditioner in the open plan living room, as well as ducted heating throughout, kitchen and dining areas.
