Cottage 1 is the main house at the front of the Ultimate Beach Retreat block in central Torquay, within walking distance of the beach, parks, shops and restaurants.

•     Sleeps 8 in total, with a maximum of 5 adults

•     Top bunks and trundle beds are not suitable for adults
