The Ultimate Beach Retreat
The Ultimate Beach Retreat is three cottages on one block in central Torquay, sleeping up to 17 guests (maximum 11 adults). The beach, parks, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance.
Sleeping
• Cottage 1 (main house): 2 bedrooms, sleeps 8, maximum 5 adults
• Bedroom 1: queen bed, single bunks and a trundle (5 guests)
• Bedroom 2: queen bed and a single trundle (3 guests)
• Cottage 2 (studio): queen bed, single bunks and a trundle, sleeps 5, maximum 3 adults
• Cottage 3 (studio): queen bed and single bunks, sleeps 4, maximum 3 adults
• Sleeps 17 in total, with a maximum of 11 adults
• Top bunks and trundle beds are not suitable for adults
Bathrooms
• Cottage 1: family bathroom and separate toilet
• Cottages 2 and 3: private ensuite each (shower and toilet)

• Pets welcome when the entire property is booked, $80 fee per stay (please advise when booking)
• Pets are not accommodated when the cottages are booked individually
The cottages can sometimes be booked individually.
House rules
• No parties
• No school leavers
• No smoking
• No loud music or noise after 10pm
Cottage 1, Sleeps 5
Cottage 1 is the main house at the front of the block in central Torquay. It has two bedrooms, a large open plan living and dining area, a kitchen with breakfast bar, a family bathroom, a laundry and a separate toilet. It sleeps up to eight.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, a set of single bunks and a trundle bed, sleeping five. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a single trundle bed, sleeping three. A large split system heats and cools the living room, and ducted heating runs throughout, including the kitchen and dining areas.
Cottage 1 is part of the Ultimate Beach Retreat, so you can book it together with Cottages 2 and 3 if you're travelling with a bigger group. Pets can't be accommodated when the cottage is booked on its own.
Cottage 2, sleeps 5
Cottage 2 is a self contained studio apartment with its own separate entrance, part of the Ultimate Beach Retreat in central Torquay. It has a queen bed, a set of single bunks and a trundle bed, sleeping five guests (maximum four adults).
The studio has a small electric cook top, microwave, bar fridge, sink, kettle, toaster, dining table, TV and free WiFi, plus an ensuite with shower and toilet. A large split system heats and cools the whole apartment. It's a good choice for a small family or as an extra space when you're staying with a larger group.
Cottage 3, Sleeps 4
Cottage 3 is a self contained studio apartment with its own separate entrance, part of the Ultimate Beach Retreat in central Torquay. It sleeps up to four guests.
The studio has a small electric cook top, microwave, full size fridge, sink, kettle, toaster, dining table, TV and free WiFi, plus an ensuite with shower and toilet. A large split system heats and cools the whole apartment.
